The IPC illuminates the LOW COOLANT indicator in the message center when the IPC detects a low coolant level condition from the PCM. (please do it when the car radiator is cool, like in the morning before starting to avoid burns). to replace snap it back in, replace the harness cable and refill the coolant back into the unit after closing petcock. Remove and save 1/3 of your coolant by draining,below the part, use a small screwdriver to unclip the top and bottom spring and the unit comes out. It is located along the passenger side of theradiator (Part 10096163) whick clips onto the side of the radiator (top clip and bottom clip).
